As a lead up to the bush events, Central Coast hosted the annual OShea 2 days over the weekend of 27/28 February 2010. 

Garingal was well represented with Ross Barr, Daniel Hill, Matthew Hill, Barbara Hill, Tony Hill, Bryony Cox, Tim Cox, James Lithgow, Warwick Selby, Ross Duker, and David Bowerman all competing. 

The OShea 2 days involved an Saturday afternoon of orienteering in the bush near Morriset (south of Newcastle) followed by a night event around the streets of Bateau Bay and a combined event at The Entrance on Sunday morning.  

Garingal was successful in the "short pairs" section with the team of Daniel Hill and Tony Hill winning the competition by a small margin of around 1 minute over the 3 events.  Warwick Selby and Ross Barr also picked up a famous tea cake award for the Sunday score event.
